Women's Bible Studies

Women's Bible Studies begin Monday, September 14. Come join us as we study God's Word together!

  • Better - A 10-week verse-by-verse study of Hebrews with Jen Wilkin. Through this New Testament letter, learn how Christ is the substance of the shadowy truths the Old Testament records. Discover how He fulfills and completes the work of angels, prophets, priests, and ceremonial laws, establishing a better covenant. Led by Erin Thornton; Wednesday’s beginning 9/16: 6:30-7:30 pm at Faith Baptist Church; Cost $15. Limited childcare is available.

  • Virtual Study: Entrusted - A study of 2 Timothy with Beth Moore (6 weeks):  In Paul’s final letter, he charged Timothy, his beloved son in the faith, to not be ashamed to fulfill God’s call on his life. Beth will challenge you to do the same. God has a plan for you. He has entrusted you with the Gospel message and has gifted you to carry it to the furthest reaches of this planet. He’s calling you to be His might servant, willing to face whatever difficulty you encounter as you carry out His mission. Led by Donna Lickliter; Online via Zoom; Wednesday’s beginning 9/16: 6:30-8:30 pm; Cost $15; No childcare provided.

  • Precept Upon Precept: Philippians - A 10-week inductive study through the book of Philippians—”How to Have Joy” with Kay Arthur. We will explore answers to questions commonly asked by Christians: How do I live the Christian life joyfully regardless of people or circumstances? What is the purpose of suffering and the Christian perspective on death? Do I have ‘the mind of Christ’? Join us and discover the true, deep-down joy in your life that the world cannot take away! This study will transform the way you read the Scriptures! Led by Kiersten Lewis; Thursday’s beginning 9/24: 9:30 am-11:45 am at Faith Baptist Church; Cost $22; No childcare provided.

  • Precept Upon Precept: 1 Thessalonians - You - Blameless at His Coming. An inductive study through the book of 1 Thessalonians. You will learn the principles of exemplary Christian living; understand the spiritual warfare, sparked by the presence of the gospel in the world, and the rapture of the church-God's ultimate rescue. Led by JoAnn Fuhrer; Monday’s beginning 9/14; Time 7:00-9:00 pm; Room: 107; No childcare provided.
