• 2 pictures of each graduate - one baby/small child and one older by May 11.

• Senior Recognition questionnaire by May 11. Click here to download.

• The number of family members who will be in attendance by Saturday, May 20.

Participating parents and students need to attend a meeting on May 16, 12:30pm in the Refinery
